It is a cost effective manner to receive BMN services typically made available only to companies of 100 employees or greater.
By joining the BMN Small Business Group, companies with fewer than 100 employees can have guaranteed access to the full services of an Employee Assistance Program plus consultation with experienced Human Resource professionals. A discounted fee for service system rather than the per-employee per-month payment system makes it accessible to the small business owner.
