- Telephone consultation regarding Human Resources issues.
- Brochures and cards for employees.
- Quarterly Newsletter for Company leadership.
- Management training for how to use the EAP to enhance workplace performance. Training sessions will be offered on a regular basis at the BMN office or another central location.
- Guarantee of timely access to the services outlined below.
Included in the discounted fee for service: (see attached fee schedule)
- 12 self-referral sessions per employee (including services to spouse and dependents) per year. These services include the following:
- Counseling for individual, marital and family issues that are “problems of daily living” (not diagnosable psychiatric or substance abuse disorders)
- Assessment and referral for treatment of psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Counselors will work with employee to obtain services covered by health insurance or otherwise work within the employee’s financial resources.
- Elder care planning
- Financial counseling (telephonic)
- Legal consultation
- Access to expert Human Resource professionals for assistance with personnel policies and procedures, employee handbooks, etc.
- Emergency counseling services at BMN for employees who are experiencing acute emotional distress.
- Mandatory referrals for problems interfering with or having a significant impact on the work place or work performance.
- BMN will provide a monthly orientation training session to assist employers in identifying how to use the services to benefit them and their employees e.g. our customary supervisor training sessions.
- Access to timely emergency work site interventions
- Access to organizational consultation.
- Access to timely on-site crisis intervention stress management services.
- Training either on-site or through BMN Seminars
- SAP evaluations and follow up
