BMN provides immediate, effective, professional response to individual, group crisis or trauma in the workplace. Services may be provided at the work site or at a BMN office. Crisis issues may include employee suicide, sudden death, injuries and accidents, or other serious issues.
BMN responses are customized to the company and the particular issue or incident.
An example of rapid response might include:
- On-scene support - rapid response from BMN staff to support client staff/management in assisting those in need. Includes appropriate clinical staff and HR support as required.
- Human Resources support - may include human resource consultation by HR professionals to the client.
- De-escalation – assisting management and employees in accepting the traumatic event and transitioning back to day to day activities
- Briefing – assisting in communication plan development and execution to appropriate individuals or groups as required.
- One-on-one & work group support – provided as appropriate to individuals and work groups requiring assistance.
- Significant other/family support – services may be extended to family members as necessary.
- Referrals - recommendations as appropriate for employee to access EAP or other resources).
