Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

You work hard to ensure a better life for yourself and your family.  Sometimes, stressors prevent you from enjoying work and life away from work.  BMN can help you keep those stressors in check.

Your EAP program provides solution-based counseling services that help you deal with personal and professional problems.  These can interfere with your peace of mind and your ability to enjoy life and work. Generally this is done by meeting one on one with a licensed counselor.  Appointments last about an hour.

The Behavioral Medicine Network (BMN) has provided EAP services in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 1994.  BMN has offices located in Lexington (central office), Louisville, and Berea, Kentucky. 

All EAP services are free and confidential.  It is BMN's commitment to you that your personal information will not be shared with anyone without your signed consent in accordance with HIPPA and other regulations that govern confidentiality.
